Hiring from ECR for your talent requirements would be quite beneficial for your organisation. To give recruiters and students time to find the greatest fit, ECR uses a lateral hiring process that lasts 3 to 4 months.

Through pre-placement events including presentations, competitions, speaker sessions, consulting projects, etc., we invite businesses to visit our campus and engage with students. Students have the chance to learn about business ideologies, hiring practises, and talent needs, allowing them to make well-informed decisions about their career.
ECR, which is currently in its fourth year, serves as a "School of unlimited Opportunities" on a campus that spans 43 acres. Students from a variety of academic, professional, cultural, geographic, and social backgrounds make up the unified class at ECR, giving it the broadest talent pool among top aviation and management institutes in India.
