About us
Birla Global University, a privately funded unitary institution, was established under the Birla Global University Odisha Act, 2015. Its expansive 30-acre main campus is located in the institutional area of Gothapatna within Bhubaneswar city limits. The university is governed by a Board of Governors, chaired by Smt. Jayshree Mohta, the leading promoter of Birla Global University, while the Honourable Governor of Odisha, serves as the Chancellor.
The university's primary objective is to become the preferred choice for emerging new-generation managers. It is dedicated to redefining the standards of quality in management education through cutting-edge facilities, top-tier infrastructure, and a distinguished faculty.
Currently, the university operates with four schools and plans to expand its offerings while introducing new ones focused on Art & Culture, Literature, Sciences, and research programs. The institution's core strength lies in its unwavering commitment to research and development.
