Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) at IIM Lucknow
EFPM is a part-time, non-residential doctoral programme designed for working professionals, faculty, and researchers. The programme typically spans five years, during which participants complete coursework, qualifying exams, a thesis proposal, and eventually a doctoral dissertation or thesis. Coursework includes core modules, electives, and research methodology, and may require a few campus visits (at Lucknow or Noida campus) especially during the second year for specialized courses. Between these, participants are expected to do live projects, academic writing, peer learning, and interactions with faculty as mentors. The structure accommodates work schedules, but emphasises discipline and scholarship. EFPM prepares you for careers in academic research, consulting, and policy roles, or advanced leadership positions where deep analytical and theoretical insight is required.
