Dhruva’s curriculum blends essential management courses with specialized electives to help students build strong industry-relevant skills. Students can choose from electives like Marketing, Finance, HR and Business Analytics, ensuring they stay aligned with changing corporate needs. A key part of the program is the 3 to 4-month Summer Internship Project (SIP), where students gain real-world experience in top companies. Electives are available from the third trimester onwards, allowing students to tailor their learning journey.
Beyond academics, Dhruva focuses on overall development by offering training in business communication, soft skills, and foreign languages. Students actively participate in clubs and social initiatives like NGO work, blood donation, and community awareness programs on voting, health, poverty eradication, and women’s empowerment.
