Placement process is well supervised in order to ensure that each and every student moves swiftly along the path of finding a job from their dream industry.
The placement process starts with the Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) by the recruiter to provide an overview of their organization, role and expectations from a student. Afterwards, students indicate their interest by applying with more extensive resumes through the Career Development Services (CDS) website.
Recruiters shortlist the resumes and work with the student led placement team to schedule interviews. A combination of on-campus and off-campus interview process ensures the best match between students and organizations. It usually starts in November, and goes on for a number of months, providing flexibility to both recruiters as well as students.
The Career Development Services team goes the extra mile to assist students by offering them resume workshops, test their personality, improve interview skills and career counseling
