The training and placement cell of the college is very effectively engaged in developing the students in all needed skills and placing in top companies. And also apprised on a continuous basis through seminar and workshops etc. of the higher learning opportunities in India and abroad. However, the regular training commencing from 4th semester and onwards on total personality development and personal grooming of the students between 90% to 100% student every year we get placement. A minimum 35 to 40 top companies visit every year to the college. Placement covers equal branches of all I T and Non I T. e.g. our college having a non IT branches of Mechanical, Civil, IEM, Biotechnology etc. and a good number of non IT companies also visit to college on a continuous basis to IT companies. Training and placement of the college guided by an MBA HR qualified training placement Director with 28 years of experience on HR/ HRD related activities tasks.
Training & Placement Cell is fully established, well equipped and very effectively engaged in grooming/shaping the career of the students by inviting top to top companies to college and preparing students through needed soft skills, Holistic development of their personality, inculcating the tempo of professionalism, and bridging the gap between academic learning & Company expectations to keep the students employable at all the times This has always been the mission of T&P Cell of Sir MVIT. The T&P Cell of Sir MVIT is headed by Prof S H Khan—Director—T&P, a very experienced HRD professional and Expert soft skill Trainer with 38+ years of vast quality experience on HRD related activities. The entire soft skill Training to our students is imparted/inculcated by Director: Training and placement himself through 7 phased Training module created by Director himself. The placement Scenario of the college is extremely good. The average Placement across the branches ranges between 75% to 100% and 35 to 50 select Top companies visit to college every year. We wish to update with extreme satisfaction that despite acute CORONA crisis and lock down scenario, we could manage to place 71% students of 2020-21 batch (when corona was at its dangerous peak) in 38 top companies and 89% students of 2021-22 batch were placed in 47 companies.
