Placement Process
BTL placement is designed to ensure seamless and successful transition from campus to corporate. It starts with preparing students with training sessions and career advice, and then working with companies to get the right types of opportunities on campus. This is followed by recruitment drives, where students are made to pass interviews, tests, group discussion, and finally reach the selection and offer stage. Students even after placements, the cell provides constant support to help students' cope with post-placement scenario. It's a process that takes students by the hand and makes certain they are not only able to get a job, but that they enter the workforce with the skills and confidence they need.
