The IIBS PGDM – NextGen Flagship Program (2026–28) is specially designed for students aiming to build successful careers in management, finance, marketing, business analytics, consulting, HR, and technology-driven business roles. The program follows a corporate-ready structure where students learn through case studies, industry interactions, simulations, internships, presentations, and live business projects.
The curriculum is designed to bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations. In addition to core management subjects, students can choose industry-integrated specialisations such as SAP, ACCA (UK), and Business Analytics powered by HCL Tech. These specialisations help students develop the practical knowledge and technical expertise required in modern business environments.
Students are trained not only in academics but also in leadership, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making skills. The program includes professional certifications, placement preparation sessions, corporate mentoring, and career development activities. Guidance from experienced academicians and industry professionals, including experts associated with IIT and IIM backgrounds, further strengthens the learning experience.
