The PGDM programme at IIBS is structured to balance conceptual knowledge with hands-on application. In the first year, students are trained in core management areas such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Business Economics, and Organisational Behaviour, building a strong foundation across functional domains.
In the second year, students specialise in areas aligned with current and emerging industry needs. PGDM specialisations include Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Production & Operations Management, Entrepreneurship & Start-ups, Agri-Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Technology, International Business, Healthcare & Hospital Management, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. The curriculum is supported by industry certifications, live projects, internships, simulations, and continuous corporate engagement. 2nd Instalment – Rs. 3, 00,000/- by 15th June 2026
3rd Instalment – Rs. 2, 75,000/- by 5th February 2027
4th Instalment – Rs. 1, 75,000/- by 5th October 2027
