The PGPM at IIM Lucknow is a full-time, 2-year residential programme designed to groom candidates, enabling them to excel in the professional world and become successful managers by teaching them the fundamentals of management. The initial year is dedicated to core courses, including accounting & finance, marketing operations, business environment, communication, decision sciences, human behaviour, and others. After their first year, a summer internship puts theory into practice and provides practical insights about real organisations. 2nd year students choose electives in various fields, such as Strategy, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations, based on their interests and career goals. There is room for student exchange between partner institutions as part of students' evaluation, whether through projects, presentations, group discussions, or ongoing checks, so the learning is not just about what you study, but also about how to apply and interact.
