The Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM), a two-year, full-time residential programme offered by IIM Rohtak, is the flagship programme of the Institute. It aims to produce future business leaders who will possess a high level of analytical and strategic skills, combined with an understanding of how to work effectively. Delivered across six terms, the first year is explicitly dedicated to core management topics covering areas such as marketing, finance, operations, human resources and strategy;. In contrast, the second year is made up of a broad spectrum of electives in which students can specialise. The program is experiential in nature, utilising case studies, live projects, simulations, and industry interfaces as well. A mandatory summer internship connects classroom learning with practical company experience, allowing students to gain valuable hands-on experience.
