Eligibility for the Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) at IIM Bangalore 

1. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. For candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories, the minimum required marks are 45% or equivalent CGPA.
2. Applicants who have completed professional degrees such as CA, ICWA, or CS after Class XII are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the same minimum percentage criteria.
3. A valid score on the Common Admission Test (CAT) is mandatory, and the score must be valid as of the date of application submission.
4. Candidates must meet specified sectional percentile cutoffs in the CAT exam, including minimum scores in Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA).
5. Shortlisting for further admission stages is based on the CAT score, academic performance, work experience, gender diversity, and other relevant documents.
6. This eligibility ensures that the program admits candidates who have a solid academic foundation and the potential to succeed in a rigorous management education environment at IIM Bangalore.
