Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) at IIM Kozhikode
The Post Graduate Programme in Management is the flagship two-year, full-time residential programme at IIM Kozhikode. The first year provides a strong foundation in all key areas of management, such as finance, marketing, operations, economics, human resources, quantitative methods, and ethics. Students also undergo compulsory courses designed to broaden perspectives, including business ethics and the social transformation of India. A summer internship follows the first year, providing participants with an opportunity to apply classroom learning to real-world business challenges. The second year is more flexible, allowing students to choose from a wide range of electives across disciplines like strategy, information systems, quantitative methods, humanities, and liberal arts.
