Highlights MDI takes pride in its Fellow Programme. The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India and recognized by the Associa-tion of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to a PhD degree of an Indian University. The Fellow Programme in Management encourages rigorous interdisciplinary re-search in contemporary areas of management. Since its inception in 1999, MDI’s Fellow Programme has been growing steadily, both in numbers, as well as its contribution to the reservoir of knowledge. Seminars, presentations, discussion forums and informal knowledge-sharing sessions throughout the year keep research scholars intellectually stimulated with peers and faculty. MDI’s Fellow Programme encourages research in current and contemporary areas of interest in management. The primary purpose of our Fellow Programme is to develop scholars who will stretch the boundaries of management thought and will also impact contemporary management practices in real time.
