Highlights Master of Public Health (MPH) is a two-year full-time program open to graduates from all streams with a minimum of 60% marks. The course work is divided into four semesters. In first semester, the students learn core subjects of epidemiology, biostatistics, health systems and policy, maternal and child health, nutrition, environmental health etc. In second semester, students learn research methodology. Further, they conceptualise and design a research study. They collect data from field areas, analyse it and prepare a report. In third semester, students opt for one of the five specialised streams: Health Management, Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Health Economics, Public Health Emergency and Disaster Management, and Health Communication.
