Activities of Placement Cell

• Training and Placement Cell offers Career Development Program for the students who are interested to enter the corporate world and introduce them to the prospective employers based on their aspirations and background.
• Organize On-Campus, Off -Campus, Placement Extension Services
• Personality Development Classes: These classes are conducted in parallel with the aptitude sessions and provide rigorous training in the soft skills area.
• Invite Resource Persons: Address students on self-enhancement, confidence building, Career awareness programs.
• Arrange industry visits for experiential learning.

Our dedicated Placement Cell, guided by faculty coordinators, is focused entirely on identifying and preparing student talent for a successful career. Our main goal is simple: to invite reputable companies to campus and match them with the right skills available among our students.

Stage 1: Grooming and Etiquette Training

We understand that industry needs change fast. That’s why we run an extensive training program to make sure you are job-ready. Students receive comprehensive Soft Skills Training to boost their personality, communication, confidence, and professional etiquette. This crucial stage culminates in intensive placement preparation, including:

• Resume writing
• Mock Group Discussions (GD)
• Mock Personal Interviews
• Guest lectures from real HR professionals on industry expectations.

Stage 2: Soft Skill Development Program

Our targeted "Soft Skill Development Program," organized with partners like SS OPALS, ensures final year students grasp the core qualities needed in the professional world. Key areas covered include:

• Goal Setting and Time Management
• Personality Development and Positive Thinking
• Communication Skills and Email Etiquettes
• Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Resolution
• Leadership and Business Ethics

Stage 3 & 4: Practice and Presentation

• Before the main event, we fine-tune your readiness.
• Mock Placement Drives assess your aptitude and skills in a realistic simulation.
• Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) allow companies to present their culture, growth opportunities, and job roles, helping you make an informed choice.
• You will then participate in the standard selection funnel: Written/Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, and the Personnel Interview.

Stage 5 & 6: Selection and Offer

• The final steps are handled professionally to ensure a smooth transition:
• The company conducts their final selection rounds and informs the Placement Department of the selected students.
• All official Job Offers are channeled through the Placement Department.
• In the event of an early joining request (prior to final exams), the College's Placement Department manages communication and grants approval on a case-by-case basis.
