Highlights Bachelor and Masters programme in Pharmacy has been established with a view to promote excellence in pharmaceutical education and to prepare young women to meet the challenges in the area of pharmaceutical industries, education, research, development and marketing. In addition to this the department offers Ph.D. programme in Pharmacy. Department has undying passion for research and most of the faculty members are engaged in research activities which includes synthesis, identification and optimization of lead compounds, development of biological assay methods and formulation development of drugs for better pharmacokinetics and dynamics. Drug Discovery Research Lab of the Department is an over busy facility equipped with ultra modern software like Discovery Studio, TSAR, SYSTAT, Chemdraw Ultra and modern equipments for pharmacological evaluation. The Department has highly qualified faculty members specialized in different areas of pharmaceutical sciences; their unstinted efforts in career building of the students inspire them to reach to the newer heights of excellence in their academic pursuits. In only few years the Department has established itself as a leading centre for Pharmaceutical Sciences education and have found a respectful place in the community of university institutions imparting Pharmacy education in India.
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is a postgraduate level programme in pharmacy education that offers advanced research training in pharmaceutical sciences including such topics as medication and drugs, pharmacovigilance, drug design, and various forms of therapies for diseases and other conditions. Typically 2 years in duration, the program is intended for students who have graduated with a B.Pharm degree and desire to advance their knowledge and skill in the professional and technical aspects of drug manufacturing, development, research, quality control, quality assurance and regulations. It offers a mix of theoretical education and hands-on training in labs, industry projects and occasionally in hospitals. Postgraduates of M.Pharm are eligible for a career in there pharmacist industries, research and development organisations, quality control, regulatory organisations, clinical testing, and institution with the possibility of further research such a Ph. D. or executive position in the health and pharmaceutical field.

Note: Regular fee for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored applicants:- For Group (A+) courses : US Dollar $ 3,850 p.a. , For Group (A1) courses : US Dollar $ 3,200 p.a. , For Group (A2) courses : US Dollar $ 2,500 p.a. and For Group (A3) courses : US Dollar $ 1,750 p.a.
1. The above fee structure shall be applicable to new admissions. Continuing students (those enrolled in an under-graduate or post-graduate course and continuing the same course), shall pay the educational fee as paid by them last year according to 2022-23 fee schedule. Students leaving Class XII and joining an under-graduate programme or completing an under-graduate course and enrolling for a post-graduate shall be treated as new students for the purposes of determining the education fee payable by them.
2. A one-time hostel admission fee or Rs. 5,000/- shall be charged from all newly admitted students.
3. The regular students classified in group (A+), (A1), (A2) and (A3) respectively shall pay a one time course admission fee (non refundable) Rs. 10,000/-, Rs.8,000/-, Rs. 5,000/-, Rs.2000/-
4. Every student shall deposit a security amount (Refundable) of Rs. 10,000/- and an imprest amount of Rs. 2500/-
5. Other miscellaneous charges an amount of Rs. 3500/- shall be charged towards Enrolment fee, Examination fee, Identity Card fee etc.
* B.Sc. (Aviation Science) students will have to pay for 200 hours of flying to BVGFC Rs. 9500/- per hour approximately.

DEVELOPMENT FEE
The above students classified in Group (A+), (A1), (A2) and (A3), respectively, shall pay the development fee of Rs. 41,000/-, Rs. 31,000/-, Rs. 21,000/- and Rs. 12,000/-, respectively, per year, in addition to the fee given above.
