Housing

Juniata is a residential campus with over 1,200 students living in traditional dorms, suites, and apartments. Residence halls are close to classrooms, dining areas, and recreational facilities. Each hall includes free laundry, kitchens, and nearby parking. Many are climate-controlled, and for those that aren’t, students can bring a window AC unit. Living on campus helps students stay connected, engage in activities, and perform better academically.

Dining

Enjoy fresh, made-from-scratch meals with flexible meal plans at Baker Dining Hall, offering unlimited access to wholesome, customizable meals, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Eagles Landing, located upstairs, features Clean Plate (free of top allergens) and Cinco Cantina, serving fresh, locally sourced Mexican cuisine.

Safety

Juniata’s Public Safety Office operates 24/7 to ensure a secure environment. Officers are trained in emergency response, self-defense, and criminal investigations, working closely with local law enforcement.

Wellbeing at Juniata

Your wellbeing is a priority at Juniata. We offer a range of services to support your mental, physical, and emotional health.

• Counseling Services: The Glaeser Center for Counseling Services provides free, confidential mental health support through individual and group sessions.
• Health Services: The Juniata College Health Center offers routine check-ups, urgent care, and wellness support.
• The SPoT (Safe Place tO Talk): A confidential resource for students impacted by interpersonal violence, offering guidance and a safe space to heal.
