Highlights 1. Biotechnology is one of the most explored and fascinating branches. It is composed of interdisciplinary subjects like Biology, Chemistry as well as Mathematics, and has various definitions. 2. A field aiming at using the living organisms for the production of commercial goods and services, the best-known example being the application of genetic engineering technologies involved in the medical, pharmaceutical, and agri-food sectors. 3. The scientific study of chemicals in cells, the most superficial sub-part concerning cell biology, reveals certain phenomena but does not always necessitate a response coming from either the environment or the cell itself. This should be taken into account whenever cellular events are elucidated. 4. Researchers and practitioners have their purposes: the former search for self-evolving phenomena, exploring new perspectives and reproducing phenomena newly discovered up to that point; the latter strives to create startling events in a process under close observation, probably interested in altering in vitro reactions that were initially overlooked.

Placement Policy at Ganpat University
Enrollment: The T&P Cell must enroll students in their pre-final year for placement services. They should also inform in writing to the T&P Cell if the student chooses not to participate in the services.
Campus Interviews: The students are informed about Campus Interviews via the Notice board, email and coordinators. The students can earnestly show interest that he/she will apply for that company and attend the Pre-Placement Talks (PPT). If PPT is missed, he/she cannot sit for the next process of that particular company.
Selection Process: All stages of the selection process must be attended by students agreeing to participate. In case of recruitment offer acceptance, it is mandatory to inform the respective organization as well as the T&P Cell if withdrawing from the acceptance.
Withdrawal & Higher Studies: Students going for higher studies or selected by the defense services must come to inform the T&P Cell. Stopping any process of placement shall take place as soon as a student accepts any offer.
Disputes: Any dispute will be settled by the Head of the Institute and the matter will be referred to the Vice Chancellor for exceptions.
