A candidate shall be eligible for the degree of Bachelor of Education as Per Norms of NCTE/Government of Madhya Pradesh/ Barakatullah Unvieisty, Bhopal. At present a person graduate in any stream from a recognized university having 50% marks either in graduation or post graduation is eligible for the admission. A relaxation of 5% marks in eligibility criteria is given to SC and ST candidates as per government norms.
Duration of the Course and Medium of Instruction
The Duration Of Study For B.Ed. Course Is two Academic Years. This Consists Of minimum 200 Working Days exclusive Of Admission And Examination With A Minimum Of Six Hours Per Day.
Minimum Duration For Practice Teaching Shall Be For A Period Of 40 Working Days. English And Hindi Shall Be The Medium Of Instructions. A Student May opt English Or Hindi Medium For Teaching Practice. Student May also opt Either English or Hindi as the Medium to Write their answers in the Theory Examinations.
Eligibility for the Examination:
As per NCTE/Government of Madhya Pradesh/ Barakatullah Unviersity a candidate shall be eligible to appear in the examination if he/she secures minimum 80% attendance for all course works and practicum and 90% in internship.
