Eligibility Criteria for admission to PhD programme:
Persons possessing the following eligibility are eligible to seek admission for the PhD programme:
1) Master's Degree holders in Law with at least 55% aggregate or equivalent Grade point from Indian Universities or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions.
2) A relaxation of 5Yo in eligibility criteria will be granted to candidates from SC/ST/OBC Q.tron-ueamy layer)/SAP I Categories
