Eligibility / Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Event Management will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (multi-lingual candidates preferred).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential leads.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Presentation skills for client meetings and proposals.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required for events or client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the local Bengaluru market will be an added advantage.
