Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting the converted leads, guiding them on the portal, and acquiring the pending payments
2. Onboarding the students to the portal and guiding them throughout the process
3. Building healthy relationships with the students and solving their doubts
4. Collaborating with the sales department and acquiring the database of the converted leads
5. Maintaining the CRM and other tools
6. Communicating with customers via phone and email
7. Promoting sales conversion to achieve business goals
8. Improving the business operation processes to achieve organizational operation efficiency
9. Working on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
