Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive jewelry design strategy aligned with our brand's identity and fashion trends
2. Conduct trend research and analysis to identify emerging styles and consumer preferences
3. Create sketches, renderings, and prototypes of jewelry designs using industry-standard tools and techniques
4. Collaborate with other designers, production teams, and external vendors to bring designs to life
5. Select and source high-quality materials and components to ensure the quality and craftsmanship of jewelry pieces
6. Oversee the production process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
7. Adhere to deadlines and maintain a productive workflow while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
2. Proven experience in jewelry design and production
3. Strong understanding of jewelry design principles, techniques, and trends
4. Familiarity with various jewelry-making techniques, including metalworking, stone setting, and beading
5. Proficient in any jewelry design software
6. Excellent sketching, rendering, and prototyping skills
7. Ability to visualize and translate design concepts into tangible pieces
8. Creative and innovative with a distinctive design aesthetic
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
