Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with the digital marketing manager to refine social media strategy and best practices
2. Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
3. Draft weekly e-newsletters
4. Prepare weekly updates and reports to track the growth and success rates of campaigns
5. Stay up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
6. Ensure proper messaging is being executed online
7. Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities
8. Assist in website copywriting, proofreading, and updating, as needed
