1. Create listings on the e-commerce sites as needed, ensure products are accurately priced, described, photographed, always updated, and in line with trading
2. Monitor and optimize live listings and make suggestions to improve listing performance
3. Manage seller account along with processing & execution of orders
4. Coordinate with internal operations teams for accurate and timely dispatch of goods
5. Chat and assist customers in resolving their queries
6. Prepare and submit MIS reports, and queries to the management on a timely basis
