Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. I build my Local Sports Project(LSP)
2. I interact with my customers and users to help them to choose the right products.
3. I take full accountability for Stock Management, Merchandising, Piloting & PnL for my sport(Margin, Shrinkage, inventory)
4. I give regular IDMs and be equally demanding with the team.
5. I decide the best range as per my analysis (Range optimization)
6. I prioritize Commercial Dynamism aligning to Economic, Strategic, and Human Performance.
7. "I do, what I say"-- I take responsibility for my actions and I challenge myself and achieve my ambition
8. I give regular IDMs to my coach & I am demanding with my team.
9. I will develop myself and will recruit future OSLs.
10. Update my planner including events, workshops, and leaves.
11. I practice my sport at any given level of expertise (Beginner/Interim/Expert)
