Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with our associate director, Aashna Duggal & directly report to her on the tasks assigned
2. Handle legal case research for USA clients that may include USA, European & Indian law jurisdictions
3. Conduct in-depth legal research on case damages awards specific to expert witness mandates for the company
4. Research on law firms, attorneys & major players of the legal industry based in the USA & assist in initiating our outreach campaign
6. Assist in drafting & formatting expert witness reports
7. Assist in drafting policies, contracts & other legal documents as required
8. Assist in drafting research papers, and reports and working on case briefs as assigned
9. Research on various themes, writing engaging articles & curating content
10. Work on relationship management with law firms & attorneys based in the USA
11. Brainstorm legal marketing & content strategies & prepare marketing & outreach reports by collecting, analyzing & summarizing legal data
13. Work on planning & organizing collaborative presentations to help place us in the legal industry
14. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends
15. Prepare law firm news & updates based on data & information as instructed
16. Prepare updates on new regulation notices or other important issues
17. Participate, consult & engage with the legal team
