Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2. Participating in recruitment efforts.
3. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
4. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
5. Assisting in the interview process.
6. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
7. Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
8. Maintain and update employee records.
9. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to recruitment.
10. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Requirements:
1. Available for full time 3-months internship (WFH).
2. Ready to start the internship immediately.
3. Good Communication skills.
4. Any graduate (MBA HR is a plus).
