Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the team to research, develop, and implement machine learning (ML) models and algorithms
2. Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data for machine learning tasks
3. Work on feature engineering, model training, and evaluation of ML models
4. Contribute to the deployment and integration of ML models into applications or systems
5. Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing ML algorithms and pipelines
6. Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in machine learning and AI
Other requirements
1. Pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical principles
3. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML (e.g., Python, R, etc.)
4. Experience with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn, etc.)
5. Familiarity with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Previous exposure to machine learning projects through coursework, research, or internships
8. Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural network architectures
9. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) for ML tasks
10. Understanding of software development practices and version control systems like Git
