Internship Opportunity – Recruitment & Business Development 

📍 Location: Bangalore 

📅 Duration: 2–3 months 

🎓 Eligibility: Any Degree | Freshers welcome | Male & Female candidates can apply Internship Roles 

 1. Recruitment Intern · Support Recruitment Manager in mass hiring for European clients. 

· Source, screen, and maintain candidate databases. 

· Assist in interview coordination (online/telephonic). 

· Help with documentation, offer letter release, and candidate follow-ups.

 · Maintain candidate engagement and prepare recruitment reports. 

2. Business Development Intern (BDM Support) 

· Assist BDM in building new tie-ups with European clients. 

· Conduct research on markets, industries, and competitors.

 · Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication.

 · Maintain and update client databases/CRM. 

· Assist in implementing strategies for revenue growth and partnerships.
