Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and  coordinating with candidates.  
• Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation. 
•  Support employee engagement activities and events.  
• Assist in drafting HR policies and compliance documents.  
• Work on HR-related reports and data management.  
• Handle other administrative tasks as required.
