We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Tumble Gym location. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Manage daily gym operations, including class scheduling, staff supervision, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure high-quality programs and services are delivered to customers.
2. Business Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, parents, and staff.
3. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of coaches, instructors, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
4. Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all members and parents.
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to promote the gym and its programs.
- Utilize social media and other channels to engage with customers and promote the gym.
6. Financial Management:
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
