Customer Care cum Sales Executive

We are looking for Young and Energetic Sales representation to work in our Showroom located at Bangalore /Coimbatore.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Jewelry Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our jewelry products to individual customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving to improve sales.
Job Responsibilities –
· Welcome the customers with smiling face.
· Provide accurate information on our Jewelry (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
· Answer customer’s questions about specific products/services
· Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
· Cross-sell products within the store
· Ensure display are fully stocked
· Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
· Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
· Stay up-to-date with new products/services Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
· Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.
Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
Gender: Female only
Salary-CTC: 2.2 to 2.6 Lacs + Incentives
