Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital performance advertising marketing campaigns including
  Google Search, Display & Discovery, YouTube, Email Marketing, Social Media
  (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter & LinkedIn, etc. campaigns)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
  goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments stats for conversion or to meet project ROI
• Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
• Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user
  testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands digital channels &
  assets
• Responsible for setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Social Ad campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, client servicing & development) teams
  for all the digital performance project tasks
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
  multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for
  adoption where appropriate
• Managing, guiding, and training the digital performance marketing team and motivating
  them to achieve their goals.
