Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our staffing company by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the effective placement of qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

Client Relationship Management

Build and cultivate strong, long-term client relationships to understand their staffing needs.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure clear communication and successful candidate placements.

Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.

Sales And Revenue Generation

Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting staffing services and solutions.

Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

Market Research And Analysis

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaboration with Team:

Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, production, and logistics teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Participate in regular sales team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Continuous Learning:

Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and stay updated on industry best practices.

 

Salary-30k-45k Per Month
