We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing top-tier technical talent. Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top technical talent.
Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for positions across multiple technical domains.
Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, and providing timely feedback.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles, ensuring a consistent flow of talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and drive successful candidate placements.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the recruitment process.
Adept in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Masters or bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
