Responsible for assisting the Project Execution and Service and Maintenance team in project design, planning, implementation schedules, getting the final Bill of Quantity of PO, project tracking, configuring complex equipment.
Responsible to understand the technicalities of the security solutions that are offered to the client and enhance the technical knowledge.
Assists in conducting the Site Surveys and prepare a rough sketch of the site, mark the device locations and indicate connectivity.
Weekly review and submission of updates to Supervisor with regards to status, short falls, deviations & recommendations.
Maintaining liaison with contractors, supervising projects & managing cross-discipline groups.
Planning the material requirement on weekly basis and raise the indent for material shortfall in order to avoid the delay in installation.
Responsible to update the assigned task status in eCare (CRM application), help in preparing the necessary documentation and keep the client as well as Supervisor informed with the status of Project / Service issue.
Accompany the sales team & to make effective presentation. Should know the in/out of the product to position it well.
