Position: Team Leader - Field Sales

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee and manage our team of field sales executives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of field sales executives to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
• Plan and coordinate daily schedules and assignments for the field sales team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the team.
• Track and report on field sales activities and outcomes.
• Generate and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Salary: 35k - 40k
