Job Description

An Assistance Manager for Field Sales, supports the field sales team in achieving their sales targets and ensuring smooth operations. This role involves coordinating activities, providing administrative support, and assisting in strategy implementation to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Team: Assist field sales executives in their daily activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
• Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, track sales performance metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Help build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs for the sales team and coordinate relevant training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide actionable insights that inform sales strategies and tactics.

Salary: 20k - 35k
