Identifying, Developing and Managing Channel partners to ensure complete market coverage across all segments (Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial) in the assigned Territory.
Complete responsibility for driving the revenue growth through Channel including market share and customer/ channel satisfaction in the assigned Territory/ State(s) by:
Working closely with the channel by creating a sales enablement eco-system (Influencers, Referral customers etc.) in the assigned Territory/ Region -Developing and ensuring compliance of the daily/ weekly beat plans for the channel sales team in the assigned Territory.
Proving complete support to the Channel partners in terms of ATL/ BTL activities in the Region. -Identifying gaps in the channel capabilities (sales/ project execution/ O & M) and ensuring these gaps are filled through appropriate training programs.
Ensuring periodic audits/ reviews of channel and/or its installations in line with Company policies.
Tracking of key regulatory/ policy developments in the assigned Territory/ State(s)
Tracking the activities/ strategies of competitors in the assigned Territory/ State(s) and formulating a suitable tactical response in conjunction with the TPS sales management team
