Roles and Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Execution:

• Conceptualize and create designs for digital and print media including brochures, logos, posters, banners, packaging, social media graphics, and website elements
• Develop creative visual content aligned with brand identity, messaging, and project goals
• Design engaging infographics and marketing visuals that communicate complex ideas clearly

Digital Media & Social Branding:

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce visual content for campaigns
• Design creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ensure consistency across all branding and communication materials

Client Projects & Customization:

• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions
• Make timely edits and revisions based on client feedback
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

Tools & Software Expertise:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to support ongoing projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Maintain organized folders and archives of design work
