Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales and Business Development

Location: Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and prospecting.

2. Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively reaching out to potential clients, both existing and new.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing excellent service, and acting as a trusted advisor.

4.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

5.Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business deals while ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.

6.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

8.Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

9.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights. Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

10.Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services and enhance the customer experience.
