Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities
· Identify, approach, and develop new business partnerships with European clients.
· Build strong relationships with corporate clients, recruitment agencies, and business partners.
· Understand client requirements and present tailored recruitment & documentation solutions.
· Negotiate business terms, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
· Manage client communications professionally with excellent follow-up and coordination.
· Represent the company in meetings, online conferences, and networking events.
· Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
· Maintain business development reports, pipeline, and revenue trackers.
