Documents Required

• Class 10 Certificate & Mark Sheet: Used for academic verification and proof of date of birth.
• Class 12 (Plus Two) Mark Sheet & Certificate: Final admission depends on these results; original mark lists must be presented.
• Degree Mark Sheets & Graduation Certificate: Required for all postgraduate (PG), Ph.D., and Diploma applicants.
• Passport-Size Photograph: A recent color photo (approx. 35mm x 45mm) in JPEG format, typically under 1 MB.
• Scanned Signature: In JPEG format, usually required to be under 30 KB to 1 MB.
• Entrance Exam Scorecard: Valid scores for 2025/2026 exams such as CAT, CMAT, MAT, KMAT, or GMAT (mandatory for MBA, MHRM, and some MSc/MSW programs).
• Identity Proof: A valid government-issued ID, such as an Aadhaar Card.
• Transfer Certificate (TC): Issued by the last institution attended.
• Migration Certificate: Required for students from universities other than Mahatma Gandhi (MG) University.
• Character/Conduct Certificate: From the head of the institution last attended.
