- RTCIT strongly supports sports for overall student growth and wellness.
- Students are encouraged to organize and participate in a variety of sports events.
- Regular participation in inter-university and state-level competitions in Cricket, Football, Volleyball, and more.

- High-quality basketball and volleyball courts

- Many students have proudly represented university and district teams.

- All hostel students are provided with nutritious meals: breakfast, lunch, evening tea, and dinner.
- Mess is managed by a student committee and the Hostel Superintendent, ensuring quality and hygiene.
- Emphasis on fresh ingredients, seasonal vegetables, and cleanliness.
- A central canteen on campus serves snacks and meals during college hours.
- Recently expanded to accommodate the growing student population.
