PG Diploma in Culinary Arts
This course is designed to give students well-rounded training in the art and science of food production. From mastering Indian and international cuisines to learning bakery, confectionery, larder work, and kitchen operations, you'll gain hands-on experience that mirrors real-world industry standards. You’ll train in both domestic and international kitchen styles, developing the technical skills and confidence needed for a successful culinary career. By the end of the course, you’ll be awarded a certificate from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technical Education – Council of Skill Development (JNTE-CSD) and will be eligible for 100% placement support in India or abroad.
