All through its sparkling history of 21 years, the department of ECE has been known for its exceptionally strong Under-Graduate training program. The Department has 16 faculty members, 9 supporting Staffs. In order to inculcate R and D among the students, the department faculty encourages the students to implement innovative ideas in their project works. Ms. Bindhu S (1SB13EC013) had topped the University by securing 5 Gold Medals and First rank in VTU for the Batch (2013-2017) Some of the awards winning projects are Integration with Moisture Meter-Smart India Hackathon-2018 Automation of ECB screw assembly Weaponized surveillance rover Wireless intelligence tracking and management systems Bio-speckle assessment bruising in fruits
