Placement Policy at Ganpat University
Registration: Students must register with the T&P Cell in their pre-final year to avail of placement services. If they choose not to participate, they must inform the T&P Cell in writing.
Campus Interviews: Campus interviews are announced via notice boards, email, and coordinators. Students must confirm their interest in applying and attend Pre-Placement Talks (PPT). Missing the PPT will bar them from the next company’s process.
Selection Process: Students must attend all stages of the selection process after agreeing to participate. If a student accepts a job offer, they must inform both the company and the T&P Cell if withdrawing.
Withdrawal and Higher Studies: Students pursuing higher studies or selected by defense services must inform the T&P Cell. Placement processing will stop once a student accepts an offer.
Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved by the Head of the Institute, and exceptions will be decided by the Vice Chancellor.
