The programme is a blend of both theoretical and practical knowledge. An MCA degree endows students’ an opportunity to work with tools meant to develop better and faster applications.
JJSS Academy of Technical Education is situated on the sprawling campus of 28 acres in the Institutional area of Noida and aims to be a value - based centre of excellence in technical education. The environment provides stimulating intellectual alertness, creativity and trigger the desire for learning. This place has been exclusively earmarked for educational purposes by JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysuru. The best things which are visible in our college campus are lush green trees, majestic academic and hostel blocks and many sports facilities such as cricket ground, football ground, tennis court, basketball court, etc. which makes every student to feel good.
The College has five academic blocks to provide the necessary facilities to students. All the blocks are having lecture halls, seminar halls and well-equipped laboratories. Each lecture hall is equipped with comfortable sitting for all the students, podium and the modern facilities for presentations. All the labs are well-equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment, tools and software.
The institution is providing excellent hostel facilities separately for boys & girls within the campus at a very reasonable fees with all modern amenities. The hostels also have a recreation room, gym, indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The hostels kitchen provides excellent hygienic catering. Most of the rooms are three sharing type. Facilities available in the girls’ hostel include single rooms for every student. Wi-Fi facility is available on the entire campus.
The college has well-equipped central library with all the modern facilities The library and Information Centre is fully automated and spread over 1260 sq.m., in air-conditioned space. It has a seating capacity of over 350 students in the Reference section. The Library has good collection of books, journals, reports and dissertation. At present the library has around 133562 volumes, 13132 Single titles covering all branches of engineering and Management. Library is subscribing 137 printed journals. In addition, it has ten online full text databases of Science Direct, Springer, EBSCO, Emerald, Pearson, Cambridge Core, Wiley, BSP Books, Taylor & Francis EBooks & under Dr. APJ AKTU E-consortium, which contains more than 4894+ International E-journals and 8888 E-Books, more than 1000+ company profiles and business publication are provided for the benefit of the faculty and research community. E-resources can be accessed within the campus or outside campus on wire and wireless medium.
